I bought a mpll11255 lamp for my Optoma 640, as marked on the box, but the lamp itself doesn't turn on in my projector. An ID# at the end of the bulb tube is SHP 101, instead of what it should be SHP 112. What should I do? Asked by david v. On Jan 30, 2022

The SHP 101 is the right bulb for the Optoma HD640 and you may need to get a replacement. You can exchange your lamp within 180 days of receiving it, but if you want a refund, you'll have to return it in 30 days.
